​How Do I Place An Order?

​

Click the person icon on the top right of our web page to register, or simply begin shopping and create an account during the checkout process. For offline orders, choose this option and submit your order, Monaco Bullion will call you to confirm your order and once the order is confirmed with pricing, we will send wire instructions.

 

Payment

You have the option of Credit Card or an offline payment, such as a Bank Wire.

Bank Wire – Recommended for orders of $1,000 and up.  All orders are confirmed with a phone call from Monaco Bullion and instructions for bank wire will be sent to you via email after confirmation of order and pricing.

 

GOLD AND SILVER CAN BE A VOLATILE MARKET, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER FOR ANY AND ALL RESONS INCLUDING EXTREME MARKET VOLATILTY OR INVENTORY SHORTAGES OR AVAILABILITY ISSUES..  AN ORDER IS CONFIRED ONLY AFTER YOU RECIEVE WIRE INSTRUCTIONS FROM MONACO BULLION.

Shipping

As long as your order status is in “processing”, in standard times most orders will ship the next day for items that are in stock. As soon as your shipping label is generated you will receive an email with the tracking number.  During intense demand times, shipping times may exceed our standard timeframe.  We will provide estimates, but the delays can be longer.  Regardless Monaco Bullion Guarantees Weights, Purity, and Final 100% Insured Delivery.

Rest assured your price is locked in and we will get you the metals as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post.  Each package is fully insured and typically requires a signature upon delivery

 

How Much Is Shipping

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method. Shipping is Free if the order is over $400 US.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

If you wish to cancel your order, please note doing so will incur a minimum cancellation fee of 20% in accordance with our Market Risk Policy.
