You (the customer) become the owner of the metal purchased at the price agreed to at the time the order is placed. In the event an item is damaged in transit or the incorrect item is received, please contact Monaco Bullion within 24 hours of receipt of product for a resolution and we will work quickly to resolve the situation through an exchange. Monaco Bullion reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $50 or 20% of the total order price (whichever is greater) on all refunded orders. We may charge a $50 processing fee on all exchanges. On returning bullion related items, the customer may (at Monaco Bullion's discretion) be required to pay for any market loss on their returns. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the property of Monaco Bullion.
